Enrole a carne e prenda-a com um palito de dentes ou amarre-a com linha. Aqueça uma panela antiaderente e grele os bifes enrolados, deixando-os no fogo até que dourem. Adicione a cebola e o alho, mexa novamente e acrescente a cerveja, o purê de tomates e o sal. Tampe e cozinhe em fogo baixo por cerca de 30 minutos ou até que a carne fique macia e o molho, encorpado. Se necessário, some um pouco de água durante o cozimento. Sirva decorado com folhas de salsão.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Segredinho:&lt;/span&gt; Para apressar o cozimento, utilize uma penela de pressão. &lt;p  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mão na Massa:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Cozinhe o  jerimum no forno por cerca de 20 minutos, junto com sal, pimenta e azeite. Para  isso, faça um saquinho de papel alumínio. Peneire. Depois, junte a farinha, o  ovo e misture bem. Com a ajuda de duas colheres de café, faça bolinhas e cozinhe  em água fervente. Enquanto isso, doure a cebola, o alho e o bacon. Acrescente a  rabada, o alecrim e, por último, o vinho tinto. Junte o purê de tomate, o caldo  de carne e o agrião, deixando reduzir até a metade. Para terminar, adicione o  Nhoque e a manteiga. Depois de pronto, deixe esfriar e faça a calda. Coloque o leite e o nescau parta ferver, fure o bolo e derrame-a por cima, para ele ficar molhadinho. A seguir, faça a cobertura. Dissolva a maizena em, aproximadamente, 3/4 de copo de leite. Misture o leite condensado, o chocolate em pó, a manteiga ou margarina e acrescente a maizena dissolvida no leite. Deixe cozinhar até que fique cremoso, no ponto de mingau. Cubra o bolo.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 0);"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segredinho:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; O granulado por cima da cobertura deixa o bolo mais saboroso e mais bonito!Você também pode bater as claras separadamente na batedeira e acresentá-las à mistura da massa no final. Para isso, faça um saquinho de papel alumínio. Peneire. Depois, junte a farinha, o ovo e misture bem. Com a ajuda de duas colheres de café, faça bolinhas e cozinhe em água fervente. Enquanto isso, doure a cebola, o alho e o bacon. Acrescente a rabada, o alecrim e, por último, o vinho tinto. Junte o purê de tomate, o caldo de carne e o agrião, deixando reduzir até a metade. Para terminar, adicione o Nhoque e a manteiga. Então, aí vai uma receita que eu experimentei e adorei...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precisa de:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 barra de chocolate meio amargo ou amargo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 litro de leite integral&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 colheres (sopa) de mel&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 colheres (sopa) bem cheias de chocolate em pó &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;canela em pau&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mão na Massa:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Derreta o chocolate na panela. Assim que estiver derretido, acrescente o leite, o mel, o chocolate em pó e a canela em pau. Deixe ferver e sirva!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segredinhos: Não use leite desnatado no lugar do integral, senão o chocolate não ficará cremoso. O aroma vinha do creme de ervilha preparado pela minha colega, Elis, que estava almoçando. Obviamente pedi para provar a receita e adorei. Bom para quem está querendo peder uns quilinhos e não deixar de comer algo realmente saboroso...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Precisa de:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;300g de ervilhas verdes;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 tirinhas de bacon;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;alho;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cebola;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;gengibre;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pitada de pimenta branca;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;água&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mão na Massa&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lave as ervilhas. Reserve por meia hora e coloque para cozinhar com a água. Depois de uns 15 minutos, refogue o alho, a cebola, o gengibre, a pimenta e o bacon e mistura tudo. Coloque sal a gosto. Deixa grelhar /fritar em fogo alto para criar uma casquinha. Vire com uma espátula para não machucar o filé.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Esprema o caldo de limão por cima do filé (um pouco para dar um gostinho especial). Coloque as alcaparras por cima. Desde então, virei cliente assídua do lugar! O crepe é divino e há uma razoável quantidade de sabores. A massa é extremamente leve, mas, ao mesmo tempo, muito saborosa! Os recheios são feitos com ingredientes de primeira qualidade e colocados dentro da massa na medida certa. Vale destacar os crepes de strogonoff e brigadeiro, que são maravilhosos, talvez os meus preferidos... Além disso, o restaurante é muito charmoso e aconchegante. Eu só precisava enviar uma receita e receberia mais de dez. Adorei a idéia e mandei minha receita de brusquetas (prometo publicar no próximo post). Depois de enviar a minha, veio a surpresa, a primeira receita que chegou para mim foi de uma amiga que está em Paris (e eu nem imaginava que ela pudesse estar nessa corrente). Os petiscos são a melhor pedida nessas horas e estão ganhando destaque em diversos restaurantes do país. E o rodízio de petiscos virou moda nacional. No Rio de Janeiro, por exemplo, basta caminharmos ali no calçadão de Copacabana para encontramos dezenas deles. Os restaurantes chegam a oferecer até 30 opções diferentes, mas a maioria não tem a qualidade como prioridade.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Depois de comer os tais petiscos em alguns lugares ali da orla, pagando uma faixa de R$ 10,00 pelo rodízio, fui ao Restaurante À Mineira, onde também é oferecido o serviço. Na verdade, fui sem esperar muita coisa, já que, em outros locais, fiquei bastante insatisfeita. Pão-de-queijo mineiro, coxinha de galinha, bolinha de queijo, quibe, pasteizinhos, churrasquinho com farofa, coração de galinha, aipim e polenta fritos, pizzas, massas, “escondidinho” de carne seca e um doce de leite maravilhoso são algumas das delícias que você irá encontrar lá. Reserve. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Numa tigela, misture a farinha, o açúcar, o Nescau e o fermento. A seguir, junte todos os ingredientes e despeje numa forma refratária untada e enfarinhada.
